Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Annually

The Shipping/Packing role is essential to ensuring that products are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to verify order contents and maintain quality standards throughout the packing process. The successful candidate will coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels and shipping schedules effectively. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Ultimately, this role contributes directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring that shipments are complete, secure, and delivered on time. Scheduled Shift would be Monday-Wednesday 4:40pm-6:00am, including an 8% shift differential.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds safely.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying orders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Previous experience in shipping, packing, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications and company guidelines.
• Inspect items for quality and completeness before packaging to prevent shipping errors.
• Label packages correctly and prepare shipping documentation to comply with carrier requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to track stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently as required.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments and verifying incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Physical stamina and safe lifting techniques are used daily to handle packages and maintain productivity.
