We have a full‑time Plastics Fabricator / Plastics Welder position available working with extrusion and hand‑welding machinery. Previous experience in fabrication or welding is a plus, but we are willing to train self‑motivated individuals who are punctual and have a willing‑to‑work attitude.

• Read and interpret spec drawings and blueprints, schematic diagrams, and internal orders to determine appropriate set‑up, production method, and sequence of operation.
• Use a non‑contact butt fusion welding technique to create parts.
• Precision hand‑welding to assemble parts and completed pieces.
• Follow prepared plans to ensure assembly is completed efficiently and without error.
• Follow instructions to ensure proper set‑up of machines and parts required.
• Escalate concerns relating to product quality, safety, or process issues to lead or supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• This position requires standing for long periods.

• Experience using grinders, saws, drills, and Dremel tools.
• Experience with CNC machines is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read CAD prints.
