For more than 75 years, Egger Steel Company has been a trusted structural steel fabricator serving building and bridge markets across the Upper Midwest. We're looking for a dependable Material Handler to join our shop team — someone who takes pride in keeping material moving safely and efficiently so our fabrication crews can do their best work.

This is a hands‑on, physically active role that combines equipment operation, teamwork, and pride in producing quality work — with real opportunities to grow your career with us.

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Move material between shop areas to keep production on schedule
• Operate an overhead hoist and other material-handling equipment
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Follow all safety procedures and support a clean, organized shop

• Ability to work outdoors and lift/move material using an overhead crane as part of daily duties
• Comfort operating an overhead hoist (training provided)
• Reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to pass a pre‑employment drug test, background check, and shop physical

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

$22.00 per hour, based on experience — plus bonus pay
