Master Brand Cabinets LLC seeks a Finish Department Supervisor to manage daily finish operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production. You will drive improvements across safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting MPS systems and reporting.
The ideal candidate has a manufacturing background, supervisory experience, and knowledge of wood finishing materials. Bachelor's degree is preferred; experience in cabinetry is a plus. This is an on-site leadership role in Sioux Falls, SD.
