Day or Night Shifts Available Qualifications for Truss Builder:

Construction, framing, carpentry, or building experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Experience safely using hand and power tools

Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail

Reliable attendance and dependable work habits

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to lift, carry, and move building materials

Responsibilities for Truss Builder:

Build roof and wall trusses according to specifications

Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Assemble wood components accurately and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
