Responsibilities- Execute the operation of finishing and converting machinery to meet daily production throughput goals.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure product integrity and identify potential defects early in the process.
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment sanitation to maximize machine uptime and operational efficiency.
- Document production metrics and equipment performance data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain a high standard of output.
- Uphold safety protocols to foster a secure and productive manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating industrial finishing or production equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.
- Capability to stand for extended shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to following precise technical instructions and safety guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with laminators, binders, or automated packaging systems.
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies and defect detection.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and production logging.
- Prior certification in workplace safety or specialized equipment operation.
