American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility role requiring a BSN and 2 years of LTC/SNF experience.

• Work in a long term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) with a census of approximately 42 elderly patients
• Provide care to patients with multiple diagnoses in a post-acute setting
• Patient ratios vary from 1:21 up to 1:42
• Evening shifts from 2pm to 10:30pm, 8-hour shifts
• Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR system; prior PCC experience preferred
• Orientation includes one day of general orientation and up to three days on the floor with staff
• Responsible for the full scope of RN duties in the care of elderly patients with complex medical needs
• Must be comfortable managing varying patient ratios and working with a diverse geriatric population
• Dress code and scrub color requirements can be confirmed during onboarding
• No on-call or callback responsibilities

• Active SD or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in long term care or skilled nursing facility
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
