Incentive Bonus for White Lake

Location:

Earn up to $300! $150 after your first 120 hours worked and an additional $150 after the next 120 hours worked.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Bonus applies to nurses who commit to 30hours or more per week on this specific case. Part‑time, full‑time and PRN hours available, up to 12‑hour shifts. Weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – In‑home Pediatric Care

In this vital role, you’ll provide comprehensive nursing services, adhering strictly to Family First Homecare policies, state Nurse Practice Acts and all applicable state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for providing care that is based on licensure/certification within the scope of practice.
  • Maintain an updated clinical record on each patient at all times, meeting required deadlines for documentation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing service to the patient and family on an ongoing basis.
  • Consult with physicians concerning alterations of patient care plans, documentation of changes, and report all changes in care to the nurse supervisor.
  • Support FFHC’s mission by mentoring and/or coaching new employees during patient‑specific orientations.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers on topics related to the patients' care needs.
  • Participate in FFHC Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement program (QAPI) as requested.
  • Continually strive to improve nursing care skills.
  • Attend and/or complete all mandatory training/ in‑services as assigned.
  • Submit required personnel file documentation in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to FFHC compliance and ethics expectations.
  • Maintain patient and family confidentiality.
  • Maintain professional, supportive, and responsive interpersonal communication skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Role Qualifications Education & Experience Required
  • Unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of employment or multi‑state license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized.
  • 1 year of demonstrated experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance in applicable states.
  • Clear background screening.
  • Working knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts.
  • Valid and current CPR card/certificate with in‑person instructor‑led hands‑on skills check.
  • Clear HepB screening in applicable states.
  • Clear TB screening in applicable states.
Key Competencies

The ability to read and communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

Working Conditions / Equipment Use

Work performed in the patient’s home – not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. Training may be performed in an office setting. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds (50lb) without an assisted lifting device. Frequent use of office machines including telephone, computer, and printer.
