Avera Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our nationally recognized, multidisciplinary team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. • Provide advanced practice nursing care for neonatal patients
• Manage patients across care settings including delivery room, newborn nursery, and NICU
• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within approved protocols
• Educate patients and families while promoting long-term health outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination and patient referrals [], []

• Regional referral center serving a multi-state population
• Integrated health system with a strong emphasis on quality, innovation, and compassionate care

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) required
• Active RN and APRN/CNP licensure (or eligibility)
• Neonatal experience, preferably in a Level III NICU setting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based model
