- Provide high-quality clinical care to residents within the community
- Perform resident assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations while helping develop individualized care plans with residents, families, and staff
- Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
- Provide oversight and guidance to nurse aides and medication aides as directed by the Director of Nursing
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an active South Dakota RN license (unencumbered)
- Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required—new graduates welcome
- Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1 day per week and every 4th weekend)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
