$7,500 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time Nights.

13-week short-term contract available.

Embark on a compassionate LPN / LVN journey at Encompass Health. Provide patient‑centered care in a supportive rehabilitation setting.

• Provide direct patient care following personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with registered nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Develop meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient victories throughout recovery.

• Current LPN / LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred:
  One year of experience in an inpatient medical‑surgical or general hospital setting.
• Preferred:
  Rehabilitation experience.
