Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work ensures that residents receive high‑standard care through medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading team efforts, and advocating for residents. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail keep residents comfortable and safe.
