Pay Range: $22.50 – $41.25 (actual rate dependent on experience)
Position Highlights- LPN: $22.50 – $31.50
- RN: $27.75 – $41.25
- Both LPN and RN may be eligible for a $6,000 sign‑on bonus

Job SummaryProvides delivery of professional nursing care under provider direction. Requires an active nursing license in the state of practice.
Responsibilities- Performs general nursing care to patients, administers prescribed medications, and coordinates patient care activities.
- Prepares equipment and assists provider during procedures, treatments, examinations, and testing.
- Observes, records, and reports patient condition and reactions to drugs and treatments to provider.
- Oversees appointment scheduling and ensures patient preferences are accommodated, especially in emergencies, maintaining timely patient flow.
- Greets patients, prepares them for physical examinations, screens for health history, takes vitals, conducts nursing assessments, documents information, and instructs patient in collection of samples and tests.
- Responds to patient phone calls promptly with input from physician.
- Educates patients and families about diagnostic processes, medications, nutrition, and health maintenance.
- Suggests solutions to patient care crisis problems and complaints.
- Maintains exam rooms with necessary supplies, ensures cleanliness, and prepares a list of needed medical supplies.
- Ensures appropriate labeling of pathology specimens, performs quality control, and maintains records on all lab testing.
Must be able to work the specified hours. Must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily, including having adequate visual acuity, effective communication, hearing, understanding, and distinguishing speech and sounds. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience- Registered Nurse (RN):
Board of Nursing license, active license in state of practice upon hire.
