As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team of caring professionals committed to our mission: "Empowering people to live their best life!" You'll work in a collaborative & interdisciplinary environment where your skills, compassion, and leadership truly matter.

In this vital role, you'll assess and respond to the health needs of children within our residential facility by:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for children
• Providing respiratory care and medical support
• Interpreting lab values and clinical data
• Communicating a clear picture of a child's health and any changes in their status
• Electronic documentation of medical records
• Educating and guiding staff, families, patients, and students
• Promoting health, wellness, and safety
• Engaging in a variety of meaningful, exciting tasks that make a difference every day
• Building relationships with our long-term patients and their families

Competitive wages and
3) 12-hr shifts/week. Rotating day & overnights. Only work every 3rd weekend & rotating holidays (only 1-2 per year). Schedule yourself using our self-scheduling system. Base wages for LPNs start at $27.24+ experience. Base wages for RNs start at $38.44+ experience.

Registered Nurse:
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program required. Valid South Dakota RN Licensure required. Licensed Practical Nurse:
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program required. Valid South Dakota LPN Licensure required. Prior nursing or direct care experience preferred but not required. New grad's welcome! All positions require a clear background check and drug screen upon conditional offer.
