Position Highlights

Position Summary:

In our Inpatient Mixed Acuity unit, every room is designed to provide care for patients with any degree of illness or recovery. Our patients remain in the same bed for the duration of their stay. All our beds have hemodynamic monitoring capability including EKG, invasive and non-invasive pressure and cardiac output monitoring as well as the ability for telemetry monitoring throughout the hospital.

Specialty equipment is moved in and out as needed and monitoring and nursing care scale up or down based on the needs of each patient. Patients admitted to this unit almost always have a primary cardiac, thoracic or vascular diagnosis and/or procedure; many...
