American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long-term care unit, requiring SD or Compact license in hand and 1+ year of LTC/nursing home experience.
Requirements
- SD or Compact LPN license required in hand at start of assignment (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of LTC/nursing home experience required
- Flu vaccination documentation required; personal or medical declinations not accepted, religious declinations subject to facility review
Responsibilities
- Work in a long-term care nursing home unit
- Scheduled for rotating 12-hour day/night shifts, 3x12s totaling 36 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday coverage required every other week
- Provide long-term care nursing services to residents in a skilled nursing/extended care setting
- Rotating shift schedule with no blocked scheduling or specific scheduling requests permitted
- Prior Avera or Sanford permanent employees are not eligible for consideration
