• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using the PCC EMR system.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team and participate in resident care planning and assessment.
• Manage medication administration and maintain compliance with care standards.
• Participate in building orientation and execute tasks safely using lifts.

Requirements of the LPN/LVN

• BLS Certification
