CJ Schwan’s is seeking an FSQ Compliance Lead for the Day Shift at our Sioux Falls facility. You will lead food safety and quality programs, act as the subject matter expert on HACCP and Preventive Controls, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Corporate FSQ teams to ensure regulatory and customer standards are met.
The role requires 5-7+ years in food safety/quality roles, with a Bachelor's in a related field; a Master’s is preferred.
