Landscapes Golf Management and Mapletøn Golf Club are seeking 2–3 experienced line cooks (part‑time or full‑time) to join the culinary team at the newest private golf club in the Sioux Falls area. This is a seasonal April–November position with the potential to grow into a year‑round role for the right fit.
We’re looking for cooks who want to learn, grow, have fun, and contribute to a tight, high‑performing team. If you enjoy a collaborative kitchen with high standards and a great atmosphere, you’ll fit right in. Fridays and Saturdays are required, though we’re flexible for special situations with advance notice. Training begins in April, and the golf season officially kicks off in May.
Our kitchen is an upscale, member‑driven operation featuring high‑quality proteins such as lamb, sea bass, and premium steaks. Throughout the season, we also execute plated wine dinners, member events, and specialty menus that keep the work creative and exciting.
