1-2 years of food management experience, preferably in a casual theme dining atmosphere and scratch kitchens.
Experience with financial accountability.
An internal, constant and self-imposed drive.
The ability to set goals and the desire to achieve them.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
