Stores support non-sales functions including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. Tasks may include directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance, and supporting key operational responsibilities to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Associates must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, typically with little to some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns, and remain focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting core operational responsibilities.

Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities
  • Provide non-sales support to ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
  • Assist customers in the lot and perform applicable administrative tasks.
  • Interact with customers or vendors as required to support store operations.
  • Direct customers to store departments or merchandise as needed.
  • Answer customer questions on product order status.
  • Handle cash management or program compliance when applicable.
  • Collaborate with Associates, vendors, and carriers; operate with time management and integrity.
  • Support key operational responsibilities and stay aligned with store objectives.
Qualifications
