American Eagle - - Responsibilities:
Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store reflects Brand Standards;
Execute Floorsets and merchandising updates, including training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals;
Maintain day-to-day merchandising, replenish inventory, and respond to sell-through changes to keep floorsets fresh;
Promote a culture of recognition and teamwork to celebrate wins and deliver guest-ready experiences;
Ensure store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, and implement shrink-reduction strategies
