Sur La Table is seeking a Store Floor Lead to guide the sales floor and support the GM/SM in achieving goals. You will act as Manager on Duty, driving in-store performance and delivering a best-in-center customer experience.
You’ll coach and develop new associates, stay current on products, and lead a guest-obsessed culture while meeting sales and operational targets. Flexible schedule with 20–25 hours per week.
