Game Stop - 3801 West 34th Street, Ste 123 - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly and courteously; respond to guest questions/concerns; assist guests with gaming needs and inform them of promotions;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Process guest purchases/returns using the POS system and ensure accurate transactions;
Assist the Store Manager with onboarding/training and ensuring policies and guidelines are followed;
Schedule store associates to cover shifts and manage staffing to maintain guest service and performance goals
