Franchise Taste Ventures LLC is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast food locations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge to assist customers and drive sales
• Implement merchandising strategies to maximize visual appeal and sales
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve any issues or complaints
• Utilize point-of-sale systems for transactions and inventory management

Required Skills:

• Experience in retail sales and customer service
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of shipping, loading, and unloading procedures
• Cash handling and cashier skills
• Must have or be able to obtain Food Safety Program Manager certificate
• Two or more years experience in food service

• Previous military background

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Wage: $20.35/hour
• Maximum Wage $22/hour
