IQ is an early-stage SaaS company on a mission to modernize the residential construction industry. Based in Palo Alto, CA, we’re building a fast-growing sales hub in Sioux Falls and looking for top performers who want to be early, make real impact, and grow fast.
Our platform simplifies estimating, project management, and payments for residential contractors—helping them win more jobs, run tighter projects, and improve profitability. The founding team has over a decade of experience working together, including a previous successful exit, and deep expertise in construction technology.
This is not a “maintain the book” role. This is a build, close, and scale role.

- Own the full sales cycle – Converting inbound, discovery, demos, follow-up, and close
- Build and manage pipeline with discipline and urgency
- Run high-impact demos that clearly tie our product to customer ROI
- Close new business consistently and beat targets
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, pricing, and process
- Become an expert in the construction tech landscape and speak confidently to contractors about their business challenges
- 2–3 years of SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Comfortable owning your number and being accountable for results
- Sharp communicator—confident on the phone, on Zoom, and in demos
- Competitive, self-motivated, and not afraid of pressure
- Organized and data-driven with strong CRM hygiene
- Coachable, curious, and eager to get better every week
Bonus (not required):
