Sales Representative

Aratum is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to handle US-based clients in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

This is a commission-based, field-intensive role ideal for hunter-type sales professionals who are confident in face-to-face prospecting and building pipelines through direct outreach. The role focuses on engaging accountants, partners, and business owners through on-ground visits and outbound follow-ups.

The primary objective is to generate qualified leads and secure confirmed meetings daily.

• Conduct daily field visits to offices and business establishments in Sioux Falls
• Approach accountants, partners, and business decision-makers doot to door
• Perform outbound calls and appointment confirmations
• Generate and qualify new leads
• Schedule confirmed meetings for the sales team
• Deliver clear and compelling service introductions and value propositions
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain daily field activity and visit reports
• Update CRM and sales trackers accurately
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs

• At least 3 years of field sales, B2B sales, or lead generation experience
• Comfortable performing daily fieldwork and prospecting
• Proven ability to approach and engage professionals face-to-face
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• High tolerance for rejection and persistent follow-up behavior
• Experience selling services is an advantage
• Familiarity with Sioux Falls business areas is a plus
