American Family Insurance seeks an Insurance Agent in South Dakota to grow and manage a profitable book of personal and small business insurance. You'll prospect and qualify leads, assess client needs, and recommend customized auto, home, renters, life, and specialty coverage. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, explaining policy options, processing applications, and supporting renewals and policy changes. You will deliver proactive service, meet sales and retention goals, follow compliance standards, use digital tools and CRM systems, and partner with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
