We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Firearms Specialist to join our team and provide knowledge as well as excellent customer service. This role will require a strong understanding of firearms, ammunition, and strict adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing firearms and handling. You will ensure that every transaction is conducted safely, legally, and ethically while helping the customer make informed decisions.
Pay Range: $17.00-$20.00 Depending on experience.
What You’ll DoAs a Firearms Specialist
, you will:
- Assist customers in choosing firearms and ammunition.
- Conduct background checks for all firearms purchases.
- Be able to explain product features, differences, and safe usage.
- Provide honest recommendations while promoting responsible ownership.
- Stock, organize, and merchandise firearms.
- Assist during ATF inspections or internal compliance checks.
- Ability to correctly monitor inventory levels and maintain records & documentation.
