Security/CCTV Access Control Sales Executive

My client is a Fortune 500 company that is looking for Account Executives in sales out of the Fire, Security or Building Automaton area. You will be a Sales Representative for a growing territory.

Role Focus

• Approximately75% new business development
• Approximately25% existing account management
• Will inherit some accounts but must also drive net‑new growth
• Onsite visits required

Required Skill Set & Attributes

• Technical Foundation – Security Industry Experience
• Access control and camera systems
• Prior technician experience is acceptable
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Engaging, relationship‑oriented, strong soft skills
• Highly Self‑Driven & Motivated

Previous Experience:

- Technicians who are ready to move from 5+ years of field tech work to sales

- Have to have previous experience in Fire, Security, or Building Automation sectors.

Success Criteria

• First 3 Months:Learning the role, product offerings, and internal processes
• First 12 Months:
• Proficient with company systems, tools, and procedures
• Able to propose, book, and manage projects independently
• Build a pipeline3× the annual target(target = $1M; pipeline = ~$3M)
