With competitive base pay plus commission, top performers in this role have the potential to earn $70k annually. If you're driven and customer-focused, the sky’s the limit.

• Following up with homeowners who’ve received estimates from our sales team or service techs.

• Helping them feel confident in their decision to move forward with their project.

• Saving at-risk jobs by offering clear answers, empathy, and trustworthy solutions.

• Turning follow-ups into booked jobs while supporting our overall inside sales goals.

• Keeping accurate records and working alongside our Customer Care, Production, and Service teams to keep everything running smoothly.

• Identify trends in customer experience and communicate that to sales director.

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred

• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills

• Comfort using computer systems and sales tools

• A positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a team-first mindset

• High school diploma or GED preferred
