A reputable full service agronomy location near Atlantic, Iowa is in immediate need for an applicator and farmhand employee. This person should have a solid background in farming or agronomy and be willing to learn details of the job. The position will consist of running large, self-propelled boom sprayers, performing some maintenance of equipment, and taking on other roles throughout the season.

There is room to grow within the location with upcoming retirement, so this is a real chance to work your way into realistic promotion.

Minimum requirements include a CDL and an IA state pesticide license (we can help obtain both!). Full benefits, on-the-job training, and assistance with licensing for the right person. Starting pay will be hourly with quick room for advancement, along with overtime pay and bonuses! This position will likely yield $65,000 to $85,000++.
