Security Officer - Front Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access at the reception area by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and check-out logs, issuing temporary badges, and directing authorized visitors to the appropriate location;
Monitor lobby activity, entry points, and surveillance systems as assigned, and promptly report suspicious or unusual activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, documentation, and notifications to appropriate parties;
Complete detailed reports, maintain shift activity logs, and support security-related audits and compliance needs typical of a financial services location
