Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.;
Screen people, packages, bags, and/or materials entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders, client-directed protocols, and Allied Universal standards.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or screening exceptions to site leadership in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, document observed details, and communicate with supervisors, employees, visitors, and/or first responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around designated screening areas, entrances, and the perimeter, while helping to deter unauthorized access and support daily site operations.
