As a Security Officer Driver Patrol in Sioux Falls, SD
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. This unarmed patrol officer will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. The post requires a valid driver’s license and offers the chance to support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.48 / Hour

• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thu 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify entry and exit activity, and assist with visitor, vendor, and/or delivery screening in accordance with site protocols.
• Support daily operations by preparing incident reports, maintaining assigned logs, and reporting maintenance, access control, and/or policy-related concerns to the appropriate site personnel.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
