- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, answering calls, and supporting security-related communications from the dispatch station.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, radios, and other systems to identify unusual activity and coordinate timely responses to incidents, service requests, and emergency situations.
- Dispatch personnel to locations as needed, relay critical information in a calm, problem-solving manner, and maintain clear communication with site contacts and first responders when appropriate.
- Document incidents, calls for service, maintenance concerns, and other activity in logs and reports, helping to support accurate recordkeeping and follow-up.
- Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer activity, communicating assignment updates, and helping to coordinate coverage across the location and perimeter.
- Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience, or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3+ years of security-related experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- X-ray screening experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
