Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of retail and mall common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to established procedures.;
Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, maintaining professional communication with site personnel, visitors, and responding agencies.
