Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Specialized Property Care is hiring an experienced Irrigation / Sprinkler Repair Technician to handle residential service, diagnostics, and repairs.
This role is for technicians who:
- Can troubleshoot independently
- Take pride in doing the job right
- Communicate clearly with homeowners
- Don’t need to be babysat

What You’ll Be Responsible For- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential sprinkler and irrigation systems
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues, options, and solutions
- Recommend water-efficient products and system improvements when appropriate
- Complete spring start-ups and fall winterizations
- Document all work accurately using mobile software
- Collect payments and close out work orders
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
- Assist with Holiday Lighting and Snow/Ice operations as needed
- 2+ years of experience as an irrigation / sprinkler repair technician (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional communication and customer-service mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Pay: $25–$35/hr depending on experience and performance
- Production bonuses and commission opportunities
