Full Time, Mon-Fri. No weekends, No holidays, No on call.
Park Building Maintenance and Grounds Maintenence.
Full Medical, Dental, Life and PTO package.
Must be a self starter and a 'Jack of all Trades' you will be working alone most of the time and responsible for the completion of work orders. Carpentry, plumbing, light mechanicals, and equipment. Maintaining the most beautiful Mobile Home Park in Sioux Falls. Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, Have a valid drivers license and be able to be insured to drive our company equipment.
