Pipe Fitter/Welder – Sioux Falls, SD
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter/Welder to join our team. This position involves installing, assembling, and welding piping systems for industrial applications. The role requires regular travel to job sites, so flexibility and a valid driver’s license are essential. Candidates should have experience working with various metals and welding techniques while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Cut, thread, and weld pipes according to specifications.
- Assemble and install piping systems for tanks and related equipment.
- Inspect and test completed systems for leaks and compliance.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Strong knowledge of pipe fitting techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Primarily industrial and construction settings.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and physical demands.
- Collaborative team environment with a strong focus on safety.
- Travel required for on‑site installations and projects.
Pay: $25‑32 per hour

Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
