Responsibilities
- Install new plumbing and drainage systems to ensure newly installed components properly function
- Understand and follow blueprints or building plans
- Diagnose and correct issues pertaining to all plumbing systems, including but not limited to locating leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion & weather damage
- Utilize problem solving and decision-making skills and suggest services to clients
- Performing maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies
- Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making repairs
- Maintain a professional courteous manner with all clients, contractors, and fellow employees.
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge and understanding of pipes, fittings, and all manner of plumbing fixtures
- Attended technical or trade school for plumbing certification
- Current Journeyman State and City license required
- Minimum of 4 years' plumbing experience (new construction preferred)
- Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation a must
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and work with a team
- Follow current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection and comply with all company, local, City, State, and Federal guidelines.
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
