Interior And Exterior Carpenter
Boulder Creek Custom Homes LLC is a residential remodeler working primarily in the Sioux Falls area. We are currently looking to fill positions with people with interior and exterior carpentry skills. Experience is preferred with 3 plus years in the industry. We offer a good working environment with room to grow, competitive pay, year around work and health insurance reimbursement. PTO Looking to fill 2 positions.
$20- $25/ HR DOE
Job Duties
- Install siding, sofit & facia, windows.
- Install cabinets, trim, wood flooring.
- Construct decks, garage additions, 4 season rooms.
- Do punch lists behind other subcontractor crews.
Job Requirements
- Full time work, 40 to 50 hours a week, very little weekend work (2 to 3 times a year).
- Valid driver license, Clean record, ability to work with in a team, Ability to be build relations with clients and provide a positive experience for them and our team members.
