Join Alliance Construction for a multi-million-dollar pipe job where you will lead a crew of 5-10 employees installing storm, sewer, and water systems. Our Operating Job Site Foreman will run a pipe crew of 5-10 employees installing storm, sewer and water. Coordinating activities assigned; supervising assigned staff; implementing and maintaining services within established guidelines and standards; and performing a variety duty as needed.

• Supervises, schedules, and coordinates crews.
• Identifying potential change orders.
• Conduct daily/weekly safety meetings.
• Ensure all on-site employees comply with OSHA standards and company rules.
• Bring the job in/on time and under budget.
• Performs a wide variety of skilled (and sometimes complex) activities for the purpose of ensuring that issues are resolved and projects are completed in a safe, effective and timely manner.
• Operate equipment such as Excavator, Dozer, loader, skid loader.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a leader in the underground utility industry.
• Knowledge of blueprints, specifications, Codes and Regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and analytical skills.
