Job Summary:As a Service Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, and install residential and/or light commercial plumbing systems. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a strong technical background.
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues
- Install and service water heaters, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and more
- Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, pipe repairs, and repiping as needed
- Provide customers with clear explanations of issues and solutions
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized company vehicle
- Ensure all work complies with current plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Be available for rotating on-call shifts (evenings/weekends)
- 4 years of plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
