Role Overview
We need a precision-focused Framer who understands the 'bones' of a home. You should be comfortable working at height, reading layouts, and executing clean, structural work.
Key Responsibilities- Construct wall frameworks, floor joists, and roof rafters.
- Install windows, door frames, and sheathing with accuracy.
- Operate power tools (miter saws, nail guns, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- 3+ years of dedicated framing experience.
- Strong understanding of residential building codes and structural integrity.
- Ability to work physically demanding hours in various weather conditions.
- Specific experience building wood, vinyl, or chain-link fences is highly desirable.
