Job SummaryWe are looking for a Foreman to lead installation crews, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The position includes competitive hourly pay ($23‑$30 per hour, depending on experience), raises based on impact, and full‑time work Monday‑Friday (7:00‑5:30) with optional Saturday, overtime, and bonuses. Responsibilities- Train, manage, and mentor crew members.
- Maintain crew efficiency, safety, and quality control.
- Read drawings and layout fence installations.
- Problem‑solve and resolve crew or site issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the job.
- Load materials and tools, and prepare the truck for each day.
- Maintain equipment and tools provided by the company.
Minimum one year of fencing experience and some construction management skills are required. The role requires the ability to work up to 50 hours per week during the building season, a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred), good physical condition to lift and carry over 75 lbs, and the capacity to work in most weather conditions.
Experience in any of the following fields is a plus:
Metal/Steel Work, Welding, Roofing, Framing/Home Construction, Carpentry, Landscaping, Excavating/Equipment Operation, Concrete/Masonry, General Construction Labor, Construction Management, Farming/Ranching.
Drug screening and a motor vehicle record check are conducted prior to employment. New hires are screened with the federal E‑Verify system to verify employment eligibility.
