Perform building inspections and maintenance on facilities, equipment, and grounds;
Carry out basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks;
Repair and maintain machines, beds, wheelchairs, and kitchen/furniture equipment;
Monitor and service HVAC and air-handling systems, sterilizers, and related equipment;
Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules; document logs and safety drills; ensure PPE usage and safety compliance
