Assist with general construction activities on commercial new construction projects, including tasks related to carpentry, finishing, and overall building support;
Support carpenters and other trades by handling materials, tools, and equipment, and by helping with layout, assembly, and installation as directed;
Operate or assist with forklifts and other site equipment if qualified and directed, ensuring safe and proper use at all times;
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by removing debris, organizing materials, and following site safety procedures;
Work with small crews to complete tasks efficiently and safely on commercial new construction sites
