Yard Coordinator (Internal Applicants ONLY, PLEASE

We're looking for a Yard Coordinator to help lead the day-to-day operation of our Sioux Falls salvage yard.

This is a working leadership position responsible for coordinating daily yard activities, helping train Yard Technicians, maintaining a safe and organized yard, and working alongside the team to keep work moving efficiently. Due to the nature of this position, this opening is currently only available to
current Vander Haag's, Inc. team members.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate daily work and priorities for the yard team.
• Train and assist Yard Technicians.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard.
• Perform quality checks and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Operate yard equipment and assist with loading, unloading, and scrap processing.
• Work closely with the Salvage Leader and other departments.

We're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates well, takes pride in their work, and enjoys helping the team succeed.

Compensation: This position pays an hourly base compensation + overtime. Pay is dependent on experience and can range from $20.00 - $28.00, dependent upon qualifications & experience.
