Immediate openings! Alliance Construction is a growing excavation company with lots of opportunities. We are looking for heavy equipment operators with experience and a willingness to travel. Alliance Construction is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and some of our jobs are up to 4 hours away, requiring overnight stays. We perform a wide range of work, including earthwork, excavation, demolition, and installation of underground utilities.

As an equipment operator, you will: operate equipment such as a track skid loader, wheel loader, excavator, dozer, and grader. Perform hand labor. Focus on production and safety. Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies throughout each day.

Preferred experience:

2+ years of experience in operating equipment. Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record. Practical written and verbal communication skills.
